Sales Policy We accept payment by direct credit card payments through our online secured server. After making the order, a confirmation will be sent to the buyer via e-mail. Payment should be received within three working days from purchase. Purchased products will be delivered by Kabbalah-Corner provided that: A. Order has been delivered according to instructions in the order form. B. All the personal details and information required in the order form are accurate and complete. C. Kabbalah-Corner has verified the credit card is valid. We carry all the Kabala items in stock. However, the company keeps the right to inform you within 48 hours if the item you have chosen is out of stock and will notify you as to when the item is expected to be in stock, prior to the order being processed. Hanling & Shipping Policy Kabbalah-world.com will ship your order to any location in the world. We generally ship your package within 1-3 days of receiving your order. For Regular Shipping & Handling (10-14 business days) there is a fixed fee of $13.99 to any place in the world, for as many items as you wish to buy. For Express Shipping & Handling (3-5 business days) there is a fixed fee of $25 to anyplace in the world, for as many items as you wish to buy. Returns and refunds policy We guarantee the items we sell are as described. Although every effort is made to ensure accurate dimensions and weights the figures shown should always be treated as approximate. Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt that the item differs from its description. ALL returns must be authorized. Refund given only if item is not as represented, the return was authorized by us and the item was shipped back within five days from authorization date. Item must be returned by registered insured mail and packed well, like we packed it. Item must be returned undamaged and in original condition. In any case refund will under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid including shipping and insurance cost. |
